IT outsourcing – hourly rates

These options for dividing the performed work are tentative, and presented for introductory purposes. It is possible that the required work will not be completed due to a lack of hours. In this situation, you will need to pay extra or stay with what we manage to do with a reasonable and quality approach.

It’s important to keep in mind: Your interaction with our specialists affects costs. Poor communication or wrong decisions will cause inefficiency, and you will pay for this time without claims against us.

Payment method

We accept payment in any currency, but prefer Polish zloty.

• Payment via PayPal (≈5% fee on your side)
• Payment to a foreign currency bank account (fee 15 € – 60 €)
• Recommended: payment to a Polish bank account (low/no fee)

Payment terms:

Hot Hour is paid after completion. Hourly packages require 100% prepayment (exceptions for regular clients). Fixed-price projects over €650: 50% deposit + 50% upon completion.

Special conditions:

We may block services in case of unpaid debts. Payment validity is limited to 12 months. Price fixation is guaranteed for one month, after which external factors (inflation, exchange rates, etc.) may change it.
